Although we are a small operation, we take pride in providing quality live insects and specialist supplies to a select group of pet shops, outlets, and other businesses. We understand the unique needs of our partners, which is why we encourage you to contact us directly to discuss your requirements for a wholesale account. Once approved for wholesale with us, you will have access to our wholesale sales pages where you can buy directly from the website.

Wholesale / Trade T&C
Eligibility
Wholesale pricing is available to registered businesses, educational institutions, zoos and approved resellers. We reserve the right to verify credentials and decline applications that do not align with our ethical standards or species welfare policies.
Minimum Order Value
- Initial Order: £250 minimum spend (excluding VAT and shipping)
- Repeat Orders: £200 minimum spend
- Orders below this threshold may be processed at retail pricing.
Pricing & Discounts
- Prices are subject to change based on availability, seasonal fluctuations, and breeding cycles.
- Larger, regular order are eligeable for higher discount rates
Payment Terms
- New Accounts: Payment in full prior to dispatch via bank transfer or card.
- Established Accounts: Net 14 days from invoice date, subject to approval.
- Late payments may incur a 5% surcharge and suspension of account privileges.
Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are dispatched via tracked courier services with live arrival guarantees where applicable.
- Shipping costs are based on a fixed rate of £6.50. Livestock will be sent out RM 24 Hour Tracked. Dry Goods may be send out RM 48 Hour Tracked
- Free shipping on orders over £150
- UK orders only (unless by special arrangement)
Live Arrival Guarantee
- Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
- Replacement, refund or store credit will be offered if the invertebrate does not arrive alive on arrival.
- Some inverts may loose legs, antenae or whips in transit. Please contact if you are unhappy with these individuals
- We do not cover losses due to incorrect handling or unsuitable environmental conditions post-arrival.
Returns & Cancellations
- Live invert returns must be agreed in advance.
- Dry goods may be returned within 14 days if unopened and in resaleable condition.
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before dispatch.
Species Welfare & Resale
- All resellers must adhere to our species-specific care guidelines.
- Animals must not be housed or displayed in conditions that compromise welfare.
- We reserve the right to revoke wholesale access if welfare standards are not met.
Exclusivity
- Regional exclusivity may be granted for high-volume partners—please enquire.
- Exclusivity is reviewed quarterly and contingent on consistent ordering and ethical representation.
