We offer a standard 24 hour postal service for all live orders. This is 24 hours from confirmation of postage. We currently only post out orders on Mondays & Tuesdays, unless by special agreement. Postage for equipment only orders will be send at 48 hour postage.


We guarantee live arrival or a replacement, refund or store credit. We cannot guarantee live delivery should a delivery be returned to the sorting office if no one is at home to sign for the package. Please ensure that there is someone there to receive the order.

Amphibians are by collection only or by a registered animal courier. We cannot guarantee live arrival if using a courier, but are happy to recommended tried and trusted transport companies

If any items are damaged please inform me on the day of arrival, you may be required to return the damaged goods and packaging. A refund in the form of a replacement or credit note for use on the website may be issued (postage will not be refunded). In order to request a refund or replacement should any stock arrive dead, you must inform us via email within 24 hours of delivery. After this period we have the right to refuse to provide a replacement or a refund.

Please note we will not offer a refund or replacement on plants damaged in transport unless the plant is deemed by us to be non repairable. Plants are sensitive by nature however are very good at repairing damage under the right conditions. We cannot be liable for plants dying after arrival due to poor conditions, incorrect watering, lighting or re-planting.

Your order will only be confirmed once you have received a dispatch notification. All orders will have a tracking number. You will receive tracking updates directly from Royal Mail via email and text.

I cannot be held responsible for delays outside of my knowledge.

You must be over 16 to order from my website. If you are under 16 an order must be placed by a parent or guardian.
All orders must be placed through the website and payed for immediately. If an order is not payed for, it will not be processed and the order cancelled.
If you wish to combine postage on an order please contact me as soon as possible after placing the order. Unfortunately if you do not contact me I may not notice and you will be charged for the separate postage.

I do not offer collection at my premises unless arranged.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

All payments are to be made via through the website payment system or PayPal. I cannot accept cheques or bank transfers unless by prior arrangement.

Please be aware that photographs of stock and equipment may not be the exact specimen or item that you will receive.Most of our images are stock images and we cannot be held liable for copyright infringements.

We reserve the right to alter or remove stock and prices at any time.

Prices relate to an individual item unless otherwise stated.

We cannot be held responsible for any deaths, injury or damage caused by our livestock or equipment and supplies.
