The Nui Chua stick insect (Nuichua rabaeyae) is a striking species native to Vietnam’s Nui Chua National Park. Females are large and green with a textured blue-green head, while males are much smaller and reddish-brown. Known for their quirky behavior—males cling to females for life, even through moults—they’re easy to breed in captivity and feed readily on bramble, Hypericum, and hazel.
